Christmas Dreaming

Mrs Bigmouthery wrote a Christmas song in 2010. I remember hearing it for the first time standing at the New Farm Park ferry terminal, soaked to the skin with rain, that Christmas night. Two years later to the day, we're happy to share with you the music video we've been making over the last couple of weeks. Enjoy, and Merry Christmas.

More Food in America, Starring Bacon.

Having suffered a major epicurean breakfast fail at the hands of Hungry Jack pancake mix, I resolved to make amends by cooking a signature dish for dinner- macadamia chicken.

Hotcakes, Pancakes and Flapjacks - an 'Epic Fail'.

Up at 6am today making what proved to be a totally unsatisfactory and unsatisfying breakfast for Mrs B before she leapt into the maw of the monster known as Houston rush hour. Pancakes and ham. Not a traditional Australian heart-starter, but not much of a challenge. It was a failure, or to use the hyperbolic parlance of our times, an epic fail.

Rhonda Roberts Music

My wife, Rhonda Roberts, known to regular readers as Mrs Bigmouthery, is an extraordinarily gifted songwriter and singer. She's also been taming the wicked little critta known as the ukulele for 16 years and it is apparent that the little beast is well and truly under her control. Over the last few weeks in Houston, I've been privileged to attend a number of Mrs B's performances at some wonderful venues  (Anderson Fair, The Last Concert Cafe, Bacchus Wine Bar, Hefley's) and have marveled at her talent and stagecraft.
