Random Facebook Friend Song Share Funtimes Experimenty Minty Thing!

Last night I was lying in bed waiting for Mrs Bigmouthery to arrive home from rehearsal. I decided to share a few songs with friends on Facebook. It was enjoyable so I thought, 'Hey, let's do this a right now!' So I did...and in moments of pause in the next couple of days, I'm going to do a lot more. It's partly because I love and miss so many of you, partly because I'm trying to inspire something musical in myself, partly because I want to share some Australian music with American friends and partly because blahblahblahblahblah.

So...please enjoy...and if you do, let me know. If you don't, also let me know...and I'll unfriend you. Har har. Toaster!

P.S. If you haven't got one and want one, let me know via my timeline, the Bigmouthery FB page or here at the Blurg. Please like the blog and check out my Reverbnation if'n y'wanna.

'Scaring Away Woes'

Hey. Sometimes I play the guitar and sing a tune. Sometimes not. I've written & recorded a few over the years and have shared a bunch of 'em in a little box to the right. They're mostly old ones, but I may knock out one or two in the coming weeks and share them with you. Mrs Bigmouthery is the acknowledged musician of the outfit, but I've been jonesin' for some kind of artistic outlet/output lately, and with no stage to prowl, this seems as good a way as any to scare the woes away.

The songs listed are linked to very homemade Youtube vids at my Reverbnation page

You can check out the amazing Mrs Bigmouthery here.

Norpheus in the Undieworld.

I haven't been sleeping very well lately.
Hey. Haven't been around for a while. Not much to tell...still in America. Ever since we were advised to pursue the immigration thing from here rather than home, I've effectively been stuck here, unable to work and unable to leave. Well, technically I could have left the country to tidy up loose ends at home, but without the curiously titled 'advance parole', America wouldn't have let me back in...which, y'know, defeats the purpose of sitting in limbo (or Undieworld, as I have liked to call it for about 10 mins) in the hope that I'd still have a shorter processing time than going the consular route in Australia.

The cheeriest ID photo I own. True.

This card came a few days ago. It's what the USCIS calls a 'combo card', serving as an employment authorization and permission to piss off and come back. It also entitles you to a free shake at Whataburger*.

So I'm pissing off and coming back. With the help of the Gitche Manitou, I'll be back on the 30th of May for four weeks. This is one catch up I must attend, for it may be the last.
